Welcome to Landscapers Leyton. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer a comprehensive range of landscaping services in Leyton, including but not limited to:

Garden design and planning
Lawn maintenance
Planting and tree care
Hardscaping services such as patios and pathways
Irrigation system installation and maintenance

2. Quotation and Payment

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment terms are as follows:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

3. Scheduling and Availability

Our team will schedule services based on availability. We strive to adhere to the agreed timeline; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we will communicate changes promptly.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth execution of our services, clients are expected to:

Provide clear access to the property during scheduled service times.
Inform us of any specific requirements or restrictions related to the property.
Ensure that all utility areas are safe and free from obstructions.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing. Cancellation policies are as follows:

Bookings canceled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Bookings canceled within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total project cost.

6. Liability and Insurance

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance to cover any potential damages during the provision of our services. However, clients are responsible for safeguarding personal property and existing structures.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

Our work is backed by a warranty period of 12 months from the date of completion. This covers:

Structural integrity of hardscaping installations
Health and maintenance of newly planted flora

Any issues arising within this period will be addressed promptly and at no additional cost, provided they are due to workmanship or materials.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the relevant laws of Leyton.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Leyton. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Leyton.
